Lash & Brow Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This will then be deducted from the total cost on the day.

I require 24 hour notice for cancellations. If this is not given, you will lose your deposit and a cancellation fee will need to be paid to cover the cost of the service you have booked.

A patch test for eyelash extensions is recommended at least 24 hours before your appointment. However, if you are happy to go ahead without this, this is your decision.

A patch test for lash lifts or brow lamination is mandatory and must be carried out at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Infills for eyelash extensions are recommended every 2-4 weeks. If you have less than 50% of your lashes left, this will be charged as a full set.

If you have any issues with your lashes or brows, please advise me within 48 hours after your appointment. Adjustments after this period will be chargeable.


Hair Extensions Policy

A deposit of £20 is required to secure your consultation. This will then be deducted from the total cost of your hair and fitting.

If you decide to not go ahead with extension fitting after your consultation, this can be refunded. However, a refund can only be issued if I have been advised before ordering the hair.

After your consultation and colour match, you will receive the quote for your hair and fitting. If you are happy to proceed, I will then require full payment for the service so that I can order your hair from my supplier, in time for your appointment.
